Up to 2 repair call-outs per system - includes all call-out, hourly rate charges and parts as defined. (Additional call-outs are charged at Gold Service Support Contract rates.)

To give you ultimate flexibility, we will tailor-make a contract to suit your particular needs. This can include variations of our existing contracts as well as unlimited breakdown call-outs. Just tell us what you want and we will design a service schedule to fit your exact requirements.

Isocratic, Binary or Quaternary systems with single autosampler 1-2 detectors
£249 excl Vat & parts.
Single autosampler or single headspace 1-2 inlets, 1-2 detectors
£199 excl Vat & parts.
For equipment on fixed price PM contracts. Travel to site for breakdown repair including first hour on site (breakdown response within 5 working days).
£200 excl Vat & Parts, additional time charged at £55 per hour excl VAT.
For equipment not covered by PM contracts. Travel to site for breakdown repair.
£250 excl Vat & Parts, all on-site time charged at £55 per hour excl VAT.
PM service prices are for single systems, discounts will be applied to multiple systems available for concurrent PM servicing at the same location.
Discounts available for pre purchase of breakdown/repair visits, if unused can be carried over to next year.
Parts are charged at end user list price or less. If you have a preferred parts supplier we are happy to use them - we will always let you know if we can obtain parts at a lower price. We can supply quotes for specific system configurations inclusive of PM parts. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions on our website.
