SERVICE SUPPORT CONTRACT

This is our basic service level and comprises:

1 pre-planned maintenance visit inclusive of travel (additional planned maintenance visits can be added to suit your requirements).

GOLD SERVICE SUPPORT CONTRACT

This provides an excellent level of service and includes:

1 pre-planned maintenance visit inclusive of travel (additional planned maintenance visits can be added to suit your requirements).
72-hour* breakdown response.
All electrical and mechanical parts included.
10% discount on our fixed price contract call-out rate (see our fixed price schedule).
10% discount on our fixed price contract hourly rate (see our fixed price schedule).

All consumable parts are chargeable when fitted, at very competitive rates.

GOLD PLUS SERVICE SUPPORT CONTRACT

This is our premium service level and includes:
1 pre-planned maintenance visit inclusive of travel (additional planned maintenance visits can be added to suit your requirements).
48-hour** breakdown response.
Up to 2 repair call-outs per system - includes all call-out, hourly rate charges and parts as defined. (Additional call-outs are charged at Gold Service Support Contract rates.)
All electrical and mechanical parts included.
Email / phone support
All consumable parts included except flowcell and lamps.

CUSTOMISED CONTRACT

To give you ultimate flexibility, we will tailor-make a contract to suit your particular needs. This can include variations of our existing contracts as well as unlimited breakdown call-outs. Just tell us what you want and we will design a service schedule to fit your exact requirements.
