There is nothing we don't know about HPLCs and GCs. The Holmes Analytical service team has over 40 years combined experience in the field of chromatography and many of our engineers have been trained by the original equipment manufacturer.

To ensure that you receive the level of service that's right for you, we offer 4 contract options:

2. Gold Service Support Contract
3. Gold Plus Service Support Contract
4. Customised Contract

Qualification

Many of our regulated customers require Operational Qualifications or calibrations.

Qualification is carried out to a strict procedure, incorporating all the tests required to show your equipment is functioning correctly. All our equipment is typically traceable to recognised standards (i.e. UKAS), and copies of certificates and all data will be left with you.

Where necessary, we have designed procedures which reflect the customers' required confidence in their equipment. We routinely use a qualified datahandler (Chemstation) to run OQ tests. We can also use your datahandler system to run tests, e.g. using Empower to run the Agilent 6890/1100 tests. Typically, qualification includes repeatability, flow rate, temperature accuracy and stability, noise, drift and wander, wavelength accuracy and gradient precision.
